- Holding one-hour-long office hours twice a week to answer longer questions.
- Troubleshooting bugs and data issues and answering modeling questions from the users through help-desk tickets.
- Longer term assistance: Developing code, running pipelines, and preparing figures for longer term collaborations, leading to co-authorship in publications.
